The Company was established thanks to the combined experience, over twenty years, and expert knowledge of specialized professionals and became consolidated over the years through multidisciplinary experiences in several productive sectors, such as commercial, services, crafts, hotel accommodation, industry and health facilities.
Recently, the Company has developed the activity of general contractor for private productive activities following the present needs of the final client who needs to deal with a unique interlocutor able to guarantee works and services, optimizing the cost-benefit relationship.
For example, clients are assisted from the identification of the building which will become the operating office of their own business according to the following steps:
choice of the building from an urban point of view taking into account its suitability for the activity to be carried out inside and considering the external environment;
preliminary project and organization of the specific activity to be submitted to the competent authorities for approval;
definitive and working project concerning spaces, environment, machinery, equipment, as well as technological systems, necessary for the carrying out of the activity;
appraisal of the site in accordance with the organizational functions of the company according to industrial safety, industrial health, fire prevention and food hygiene.
